Purchase and return policy

  1. Our office service hours (online shop, social media and phone support) are from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm CST Monday through Friday, with the exception of Holidays in Mexico.

 

  1. All our items are made to order, the estimated production time is between 2 and 3 weeks. Production times may vary during Holiday season.

 

  1. Prices are in American Dollars, shipping costs are included. 

 

  1. Wiwiurka Toys is not liable to you for any damage resulting from the use or misuse of the products offered through our website. Any damage remains the responsibility of the user or his/her guardian.

 

  1. Purchasing process

The purchasing process starts when payment is processed. The steps are the following:

 

  1. Wiwiurka will provide the Customer with a purchase confirmation.
  2. Allow sufficient time for the product to be manufactured.
  3. Upon shipping Wiwiurka will update the Customer in real time with the tracking number and carrier handling the package for an appropriate tracking thereof.

 

We suggest to keep track of the package and verify all contents upon delivery

 

*Route Protection: 

Wiwiurka Toys has Route Protection integrated service, which offers Route’s package tracking, order protection and customer engagement solutions.

Wiwiurka Toys is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items if Route's protection is not selected. Customers may deal with lost, stolen and damaged packages in a few clicks through the Route App.

Customers can also reach out to us directly at hello@wiwiurka.com to report an issue.

 

  1. All sales are final. Once payment is processed NO cancellations, returns or modifications will be accepted.

 

  1. Any defect or fault on our part will be addressed at no cost to the customer. Wiwiurka will offer no refund or replacement pieces if there is damage resulting from modifications, improper use, improper assembly and/or the omission in following our care and maintenance recommendations.

 

Any fault or inconvenience at delivery should be notified immediately to follow up and provide with a solution.

 

Replacement pieces should be requested through email.
